Hello

I have written before about my problem, this is what I got so far. As a reminder: I got divorsed over 8 years ago, Stopped paying some CCs then, I show 2 as charged off, but not I am getting CA calls.

I Ordered Equifax and TransUnion records yesterday I
found a 1st Union account but the acct # did not match ( I had 2 before). The other account I found in an old credit report copy (1996) from when I bought my condo and it show it with the same account number.

What can I do to see when it was reported last?
How is it that is no longer in my records?
What should I do with the CA office?
I am sure I passed my SOL statues by now, It is 5 years in Florida.

The old ammount was $5200, now they say is $7200
Nice chunk for lawyers..

Thanks

Daniel Rodriguez
