I have paid them with that account and don't leave much in it. From now on I'll leave less than $20. $1.00 in the savings,lol. My fiance got a new checking account at a different bank, so we're using that for bills now.

I'm unemployed, so there's nothing to garnish. I'm assuming since we don't have common law marriage in thsi state, they can't go after our house. He's not on the debt and our house can't be considered community property since we aren't related? I signed a quit claim on my ex's house months ago.
