"Computerguy" believes in actively validating immediately, he insists it "works" because he say it does. He, of course, is not a homeowner,has no assailable assets,and is "judgment proof", so of course his "techniques" work for him.

For anyone else, it is a recipe for disaster.

Get an answering machine, screen your calls, do NOT talk to any CA who calls, do not respond to any letters,do not dispute, do not validate. You should "opt out" on your credit reports, do the 2 year by phone.

When you see your BK lawyer ask about a CH20- File a ch13 to forestall the foreclosure, get caught up on your mortgage, then do a CH7.
