You can tell Whychat knows nothing about me. I own a home, still paying on it matter of fact, own 2 cars, a motorhome, boat, 2 motorcycles and I have all 3rd Parties Validate the Debt and Prove their claim. Got sued once for sitting around and ignored dunning letter from Attorney debt collector. Biggest mistake I ever made! I'm far from judgment proof and I have 3 incomes coming in every month from different sources. The reason I have them Validate is because it works! They can't Validate because most paperwork is gone forever, since most OC'S destroy paperwork after a couple of years of the account being open. BTW - Most OC's wash their hands of the account after selling it off. 3rd Parties can't proceed without clean hands.
