Well I guess I have really screwed up. I sent Wolpoff and Abramson a Letter to Validate 8/5/04 and the very next day I sent them a certified letter to cease all communication with me. I know they received the Cert Letter 8/9/04 I tracked it through USPS I'm still waiting for green card. I started loging their calls tue. and they have called 9 times and I got a letter from them today an offer to settle for 77% dated Aug 3rd. I know they are going to send an arb letter and I will send refusal letter I hope that will slow them down a bit.
