some of us disagree with computerguy. its fine..we all make our choices on what to do. however, as new as these are, as are mine..they can validate easily. i would lay low..and you will simply get these calls. i get them by the dozen. sometimes they slack off a month or so..and then their back. be prepared for it. by asking for validation and stopping the calls..you may well force them into suing you. save the validation for when their sold or old..out of SOL or not yours at all. just my views..we all have our own and are entitled to them and our choices on how to deal. as new as these are..you have a long time to go to deal with this. get caught up on the mortgage, in case your sued. imho* good luck! i wouldnt send any c and d..just ignore the calls. dont push them already.
