Thanks for your help. I did when I filed my answer fax it over to them and send them a copy via certified mail. Shall I do it again just in case? Is that the only purpose of the 28 days?
And yes this lawyer was running from room to room trying to work with people. I sat there for about an hour and a half before we finally approached judge together.
I can go on with a long diatribe on how messed up it is to overhear the scumbags try to whittle away at the life savings of people who are obviously in mental and physical distress all so they can buy their rolexes. Unreal.
I just wanted to reaffirm the 28 days to plead box that was checked off by judge. I will though definetly be there in NOV for trial. I would say out of the 50 or so lines at 9:30 today only half showed up. Who knows what the next three months might bring but I quite honestly do not want to give them one red cent. I might send my answer again just to be safe. Thanks for your help.
