I was also sue by Regent & Associates I had a credit card with citibank for about a credit of 1000. I did request a trial and had my trial date set then he file a motion for continuance so I got another trial set date and when it came he did not showed up so the dismissed the case. Sometimes these Attorneys are just using tactics to scare you and make you pay, hope this help
