CA is very quiet this week

CA stated they plan to send me letters of settlement last week. As of today......nothing. She stated she did not think she could put her offers in writing but that she would instead send three separate letter each with a separate settlement offer and I could pick one. I told her I would glad to if she proved it was my debt. I told her I wanted to see her offers in writing before I picked one and a validation letter. Guess what..........nothing. She works only 100 miles away. I would take one day to get to me. What is that about? They said they would call me back this week......so far.....nothing. No calls at work, no calls at home. Last week she was so aggressive. Not this week nothing and she didn't follow through either. Unprofessional. Nothing. Kinda eerie. I won't contact them, but I think they are up to something.Trying to outsmart me or think of a new tactic. Maybe she went to get some more harrassment training or how to deal with those who know thier rights training!!! LOL Anyone els have this silence happen? Is it just the quiet before the storm?
