they do that. they lie. esp when they see you know your rights...either they are re-grouping and you will hear.."we cant do that, ma'am, but we can do this...blah blah.." or its simply goin on to another CA. mine get quiet, like that..and then re- pop up or a whole new one pops. they learned you know your rights. she had no intent of sending you anything remotely to what you asked for. the settlements always sound so good..basically, they make a profit off whatever they can wheedle out of us..and then resell the balance to another CA, to begin it all over again. they simply lie. enjoy the quiet. lol. hugs* i doubt most would send in writing what we want..none will for me so far. altho cap1 will send a 1099..since they still own mine. if only i had the money!!!!!
