Yes, do mention it. These jerkxxx's brought suit, caused you fear, pain, expense, defamation, and now they won't prove it?

Immediately file complaint with FTC - against their regs to try to collect when having failed to validate.

They probably can't validate, because they have no records. File that with the court, hammer them on that point, and don't let them get away with any bullshale about 'the debt is valid and payable', the way that little blood-tick Shafritz does. Baloney. No evidence, no case.

You can countersue these puke-pigs for this treachery, and win against them. Filthy piggy-doots. Sleazebag slabs of bacon, are they, not even a full ham. Bake them with their own fraudulent case.

Be sure to bring copy of FTC complaint to court, let this scabies-magnet know his name's in the federal loop. Yeah, I know, some people say this doesn't work. Well, it doesn't help, and in my case, among others, it surely sent these swine screaming wee wee wee, all the way home.
