A LOT of people have had problems with Ohio law. If you go to the search feature on this board and type in OHIO, you will see for yourself. Try this, go to my website, linked below, go to Ohio, read what is there. Next, go to "How To Answer A Lawsuit" (under the special letters) read ALL the material and the linked caselaw. If you have any qustions, e-mail me and I will try to help. The SOL in Ohio for a credit card revolving open end contract is 4 years. Once you read all the material posted on my website, you will know more than 99 & 9/10 % of the lawyers in Ohio.
