I am being sued for a cc debt that was charged off about 9 months ago by BOA. I have never been given the opportunity to ask for validation. I believe the account was sold. I have answered the suit but is it too late to ask for validation. This is still within SOL. Attached to the complaint is something dated in February stating that I can ask for validation but I never received this before the complaint. No court date yet.
