I will check your comment onthe "borrowing" statute, it may be true that it was repealed, however, THAT statute deals ONLY with "borrowing" another State's SOL, it has NOTHING to do with the establishment of the OHIO SOL for credit card accounts.

Aside from the citations on the Ohio page, the material in the How To Answer A Lawsuit clearly establishes what the FEDERAL definition of a revolving credit card account is, and the rule of Federal Supremacy PLUS the Ohio citatons on the Oh page that CLEARLY acknowledge Federal Supremacy in CONSUMER credit accounts, should be enough for ANY lawyer.
