Is it true that applying for a car loan or home loan gets the CA on your trail again? I would be guilty of applying for both. AND I have also been challenging my credit and sending c and d letters to CA's. Did I create my own doom? Truth is in the middle of all this PCM/CA suddenly popped up again. They had been quiet for months. The sad truth is I didn't qualify for a home loan. Bad FICO and I can't afford the moneyly payment. I have no savings account and my checking account is direct deposit and gone in a couple days to the bills. My car loan has a primary cosigner. I am just the secondary. My school loan is in deferment because I can't afford to pay it. I also noted the CRA are reporting I work for the county and have for two years. If PCM checks my CR they will see I owe 15000 to a car loan, 15000 to a school loan. Have three positive credit notation (all recent in the last year) And about 3-4 negetives/collections from 2001. My CRA sucks and I would think it would be clear I am judgement proof. Maybe not? Maybe they think I am sucker because I was applying for home loans in May? Is the above post really true? Maybe I should have laid low until SOL was up!?!?!?
