And yea I can't afford to lose my job right now I am a single parent. Seems that is there focus right now is bank accounts and wages.

I did OPT OUT last week when I heard about it. Hope that helps a bit.

I am not in a non garnishment state. They did call HR at my work. Not sure if they got information or not. They act like they did. I get paid well..but I am HOH and don't have anything to spare.

Oh my God. They sure seem interested in the pay check. I make about 51000 a year and I think if they know that they will sue me because it sounds good. That is before taxes but I don't think they care about that.

I am closing my saving account. I will probably stop my direct deposit as well and just pay cash for everything if I get a summons in the mail.

So they didn't know this stuff before I applied for loans?

Ah.......................they are gonna sue.
