Well Keyser, I have personally directed several very grateful people to your posts- they used your suggestions and prevailed against the Florida Killing Fields and their "impartial" mediators. BTW, yours truly filed a complaint with the Florida Bar regarding the "mediator" who tried to intimidate my friend into giving up a case that was a slam dunk for her. Haven't seen that one in the courthouse lately. Yes she won and the slumlord didn;t want to pay- quickly changed his mind when we liened all his properties.

To Keyser, we, who are not about to die, salute you. Keep up the good work.
