As with our 'beloved' CA pig-plop-pals, the 'estate rustlers' may well get away with it. Their prosperity will always be dampened by the fact their nefarious deeds preceed them. Oh yes, money they'll have. Face, respect, admiration, they'll surely lack. Perhaps they can find solace amongst the company of Ol' Ruthless. They do say he's mighty territorial about his Alpo, (tm), though.

After all, if you can't beat 'em, make sport of them. They have cash. Good for them. It doesn't do one much good in a lifeboat or a high desert canyon. Can't take it with you, and it doesn't buy the stuff 'behind the eyes', nor can it rent a good name with one's Maker.

You have my solemn word, I do promise this day to one and all, their lives will be made 'interesting', in the Chinese sense of the word. The least one can do, really. Always a pleasure to hear from you. Will be publishing some of this on net as time rolls along.
