New Jersey SOL on credit cards and loans from fiance companies

Can anyone tell me what the SOL in New Jersey is for credit cards and finance company loans? Also if the SOL is up, can you tell what I need to do to let a collection agency know that? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou!
