If you're being sued, how can you determine if the attorney filing the suit is really representing the OC named as the Plaintiff or if he is a purchaser of the account suing for himself? It is found that the account is "'discharged' to the local attorney here" in the words of the representative for the OC. Don't know exactly what that means.
