Recently rec'd a letter from Regent representing Citibank. The acct. was opened in my husband's name - I'm not sure if I'm listed anywhere on it -and he's deceased. I've told them and the CA's before them repeatedly via letter of the situation but yet they keep writing. Can they sue me? Can I be held responsible? I'm not sure if they even know my 1st name much less my SS# so I've been careful to sign my letters as "Mrs." Anybody know anything?
