Oh I quite assure you I am not. What I am is highly frustrated because as yet I don't have a solid case that will convince a judge. Look at the link (http://www.megalaw.com/oh/ohcourts.php if you are also afraid of opening a link from an unknown) and peruse the records for Asset Acceptance in some of the locals and you will see why. They have a long, long history of winning, and I have no intention of being one more line to their credit.

I devoted some time to reading Ohio Revised Code last night and found some items in 1309.102 (namely in A(2), A(13), and A(23) as well as in 1304.01 (A)(1) if you would like to read as well) that may reinforce the argument you present. I promise you, if I win, I will return and cite MY case for the future use of any and all Ohioans that face a similar Fate.

If your argument has made it possible for even ONE case in Ohio to be dismissed on the grounds of SOL, lend a sister a hand and cite it, for crying out loud! That is all I ask so that I can complete my defense and see the back of this matter. Don't just accuse a person of trolling because you are challenged. Believe me when I say we are being challenged at a much higher personal cost.
