Whatever helps you get thru the night. Legally, you DO owe that actual amount. Had you stuck to the original agreement. You wouldn't owe that amount. But when you go into default. All bets are off.....I'm sure all of you are identity theft victims. None of you actually owe the money.....Lastly, i'll "run my mouth" anywhere I choose deadbeat. All of you have an excuse. How about getting a job and paying your bills? Just think if everyone did that. There wouldn't be a need for collection agents. I hope you guys don't pass this on to your children. Teach them a little bit more responsibility. Just because their mom and dad don't like the consequences. Doesn't mean we need another generation of deadbeats.
