Thanks for all the advice. I will push this to the trial date. I am going back and also double checking all the paper work they sent me. I guess I should ignore the mediation. Why should I pay $400 dollars for mediation when I know that I can not pay anything. It would be a waster of a day. Again thanks everyone.
