That is exactly what I thought too. But the letter sent to us says, "It is our intention to abstract that judgment and file it in the Real Property Recors of the County Clerk. We may also request a Writ of Execution from the Court, and the local Constable or Sheriff serve the Writ upon you. Demand is made upon you to pay the amount shown above."

The kicker is that the judgement was thrown out and we are still getting letters like this!
