There is a post below called being sued by Regent and Associates, they are bring suit against these people in Texas, am I correct in telling them that they can't put a lein on their homestead in Texas. Just wanted to make sure, please correct me if I am wrong. They are threating one poster with a lein on their home and a writ of execution. I believe in Texas most stuff that people own is exempt, and the only thing the writ of execution, could seize is not exempt assets. Please let me know if I a correct is stating this.

Thanks in advance!!!
