I wish I would have found it much quicker than I did, I ended up settling on two of my credit card debts with money borrowed from my Mom, just to keep from getting a judgment, now I know I could have fought them and probably one. (They were pretty recent charge offs and still with the orginial creditors though) so they might could have proved their case. I have done alot of reading since then, and I try to help anyone I can, and try to make sure I am giving accurate info.
