Here is my situation.
I pull my credit report, showing my amex account is in collection.
I want to put this behind me. But i don't have money to pay in full. I am able to afford monthly payment.
I call the Credit company, they told me to contact CA.
CA refuse to accept partial payment.
What should I do? I don't want late fee & interest keep adding to my account.
If i send payment to Credit card company, what would happen? Is that still count? Please help. Thank you.
