I'm not sure whether I should communicate with the CAs who have taken over several of my accounts. Would it help to let tham know I am disabled and judgement proof?
I read somewhere here that I should not challenge them with C&D letters. They certainly are lively, aren't they? I guess it's time to get my credit reports again and see who has charged off and who has just assigned these accounts to be collected.
I am in NM and I stopped making payments in Nov. 2003. I don't know what to do. I really don't think they care much if I can eat from one month to the next or not. Someone please tell me what to do with these folks.
