I am dealing with Performance Capital Management and some attorey they hired E.Lana.

I have not hear much on this board about them. Seems like I am the only dealing with them at this point. They have been low key for a year until I sent the c and d letter. Than they get agressive. Should have known about SOL before I sent the c and d. I could have sat on it a few months longer. Ah well.

You know the silence is nice but I asked for validation........lady said nothing in file. Stupid on her part. But I am not getting ANY validation either. My ex forged my name on lots of cc. I want the original because I am pretty sure it will be his signature. She said she can't find it . .maybe the silence is about her looking and looking and looking.............
