Send them the sol letter and then if they call you , reverse the charges and sue them. You will win. No one ever got anything but a headache from talking to these cretins. As for their moral high ground- trust me on this- they float from one "phone room" to the next, beating up on the innocent victims so they can buy their next drug of choice. They are one step above street people- who at least only bother you for small change.
