I been trying to save for BK filing but things keep coming up and not making much progress. Haven't paid most bills since 11/02, others 7/03. Is there a timeline? I haven't received any calls and collection letters in several months so getting worried. I live in Nebraska and total debt is about 10K CC, 4K medical, 20K house/car.
