I have an account that was charged off by Citibank in 1996. My CR show's that a Collection Agency update it as of 2000 and again in 2002. The original account (Citibank) has fallen off my report. What is the best way to contest the Collection Agency entry (since the date has passed the 7 year mark from charge off date)?
