debt reduction does not work. check out whychats site for newbies..which will answer a lot of your questions. check your state for BK exemptions..SOL...etc. his site explains this well. then come back..tell us the state and how old your debts are..etc. call and speak to several lawyers on the BK issue..the consult is usually free. good luck!
