PCM bankruptcy

After doing some research I learned the PCM filed for bankruptcy and are still unders its protection. So how can they still be after me for not paying my debts when they don't pay theirs.

Also

They were sued and lost. 2 million dollar judgement against them and than they file for bankruptcy. The consent they signed is up on 8/24/04. For the last three years they have been under scrutiny. I just wonder if they are waiting for the release date so they can screw people again.
