i had a car which i had financed through a "buy here pay here" in colorado, and then moved to california, where i had lost my drivers license, due to tickets. i was caught without a license and they seized the car. i informed the buy here pay here, and they failed to pick it up, since i was unable to, w/o a license. they never retrieved it, although the state had sent them, notices. now i have a huge bill. am i liable for the entire amount of the vehicle. also, they were charging me 32% interest on that car and at that rate, if i do have to pay, i'll never get it paid for. Please help.
