Also...I want to follow WhyChat's advice and ask for this case to be dismissed. I want to give the court a copy of this discovery letter and my answer to it, must I do that within the thirty days? I am going out of town to pick up my son and can't get there at the same time I am mailing the "answer" to the discovery letter. Can I mail to the courthouse or can I take it after I get back. I will only be gone a four days AFTER I mail the answer to the discovery letter. Thanks again for your help.
