There is a cease and desist letter, and if they continue to bother you at work you can use it, but only send a limited cease and desist, if you don't allow they some contact, and the account is within the SOL, it can triger a law suit. I definitely would ask one of the attorneys to talk to her. Sorry for my first reply, it was just my first reaction.
