I've had to use them twice in the past 2 years and actually had a good experience with them both time. The one that I went through actually called me before they deposited my checks to see if it was okay that they did. One of the times I asked them if they would hold it until the next week and they said that was okay - didn't ask me to pay them any extra money for holding it. I suppose they are predatory with the amount of interest they charge but sometimes you have to do what you have to do and they helped out in a pinch.
