Well I fought hard and won...I though. The case was "dismissed without prejudice filed for the entire action as to all defendants and all causes of actions".

But E&A said that their client wants to dismiss the dismiss (?) and start again. Even though the debt is beyond the sol. Oh and they kicked up the amount by $500.

You ref them as scum bags. Agreed.
