Well first meeting today and it did not go well. WE cannot file CH 7 jointly because we will lose the business, and it really does not help alot to file BK alone. We do have CH 13 option but with little or no income coming in not sure how this is going to play out. I did not really feel great about this attorney, I think I will try another one, see how they differ in what they say.
