You do NOT have to answer any questions about any payments to a scumbag CA. Answer all questions, other than name and address, as either ."neither affirm nor deny" or "no knowledge", or "not applicable". Your being out of the area when you deliver copies of the "discovery" should have no bearing. Your motion for dismissal should be on a seperate form, submitted to the Court along with the the copy of the "discovery".
