I CAN HELP!!! Go to:
http://www.ftc.gov
This is the Federal Trade Commission that handle "Debt Collectors"!

Bring up the FTC web site, once it's up, CLICK on "File a Complaint", then SCROLL down and start filling in the blanks. Make the complaint AGAINST: CACV of Colorado, LLC....there will be allot of places you'll have to write "unknown". BUT THEN THERE IS A SPOT YOU CAN EXPLAIN YOURSELF!!!! 2000 WORDS, worth! Give them the name, address, and toll free number of the company handle the case for CACV.

The FTC WILL e-mail you back within a 24 hour period with a case number. You ALSO CAN file a complanint with the company or attorney handling CACV of Colorado, LLC.

When the FTC e-mails you back, they WILL give you a CASE NUMBER!!! And also information on what you can do!!!!

ALSO, here's a added BONUS...once you bring up the FTC web site, go to the search area and type in "95-109". See Section 805-C!!!! Public Law 95-104, Secton 805-C IS "The Fair Debt Collection Practice Act"!!!!! You'll learn allot. But bottom line....CACV CANNOT do this!!!! It's AGAINST the FEDERAL LAW!!!

Hope this helps! :-) Have a nice day! :-)
