What do you think this BK lawyer meant?

First let me say that I have changed my name from what I have previously posted under due to the fact I did not realize how many Ca's read this board. I had first BK meeting yesterday and even though I am a fairly intelligent person I still came out of it in a fog. I have approximately 80K in CC debt and what I think he said was that under CH13, if I sold everything what would I have: by everything does he mean non exempt items? We decided if sold it would come to about 10k, so he says what I would have to pay would amount to 1% of my debt which would be 800.00. Now this is where I get confused and did not ask him IS this 800.00 total I would have to pay, or do you think he meant 800.00 a month. I could kick myself for not asking that question but this guy was too laid back for my comfort and did not elaborate on anything unless I asked him a question. I have another appointment with new attorney in a few days so I guess I can get clarification there. Oh and Why Chat he said I could not do CH20 because CH20 involves CH 7 first then Ch 13 and I would lose everything that way.
