I found a URL with a sample credit report from Experian which listed ALL Experian member companies and contact addresses + phones for the companies. VISA/FDSB is Federated, the owners of Macy's Department Stores. We don't ever remember being alerted by Macy's that their in house credit cards were now VISA cards, but at least we now know what this cryptic company abbreviation means. Toll free number is:
