we are doing CH 7. we are basically asset-less; we rent, our
two cars are under the 5K limit (and paid for), we have no
savings, no 401K, no household goods worth squat. most
were either given away/sold when we moved a year ago, or
sold since we arrived in AZ to pay bills. the truck is the last
thing of value, and like i said is more a sentimental thing. it
runs, but that's about it. whychat, we have pmailed about
our potential CH7; two collection agencies after the wife,
they know she will one day be a doctor, debts are IN sol, we
are in a garnishment state. so better a BK on our terms and
timing than theirs! so if the truckis really 'worth' $750 at wholesale, how would
we keep it? pay the trustee that amount?
