Yes, answer filed,(in our county the answer is also your notice to appear) used the SOL defense, and denied everthing..because I lacked suffcient information. I was just researching the statutes regarding serving the summons and whether or not the plaintiff had to include the accounting of the interest, and other charges with the summons. These are the statutes I found about that subject.
