The state of california sold it at auction, after 60 days, waiting for the lender to help me retrieve it. This has been 2 + years ago. should i try to renegotiate with the buy here pay here, to work out some sort of plan, but my main concern is to get the collection off of my reports. it's not reported as a repo, or anything, but a collection account. what can i do?
