You are confused.
"Validation" is a term used to provide proof of the debt being yours for the purpose of the FDCPA requirements on notice and the FCRA requirements on accurate reporting.

A lawsuit filed in a Court must present LEGAL proof of the claim.
Most Courts will accept account statements and receipts as proof of the claim, unless you have filed an answer and state that it is not your account and you require a signed application,and detailed account information.

Just beause a lawyer on a fairly new debt has not "validated"does not mean he does not have COMPLETE proof of the claim.
