discover card summons

I've recieved a summons to appear in court from an attny working for discover. I orginally got the card when I was a resident of the state of pa now I live in maryland which allows wage attachments I was wondering which counts where I got the orginal agreement or the state I'm in now? I own nothing have no house my car is still owned by the bank but I'm worried can they attach my wages? also if I agree to pay them as little as $25 a month will they accept this? i only owe 2035.00 I can't even beleive they'd sue for this amt.
